Fan and heat/ac control lights are always on?

Just wondering if anyone had the same issue as me or if I simply just noticed this but the ac/heat dial is flashing dimly as well as my fan control too when the jeep is off. What is causing that? I did use a aev procal on my jeep I don't know if that caused it

Is it only a few minutes or does it always stay like that? I have LEDs in my factory fog light housings and when I turn the jeep off they are just barely lit but very very dim. They stay like that until the CAN goes to sleep I'm guessing.

This is literally the first time I noticed it and they have been on for about 6 hrs now. I posted a pic and that's how they have looked the whole. I really hope I didn't alter something with the procal
