I just drove through there on Tuesday (I40 through I44). Payed $8 for tolls on that long ass drive on I44, but payed $7 in tolls to go 20 miles in California! Reminded me of how much I missed the Midwest and their decency towards its people, and how much California will ram u in the brown eye every chance they can!
