Evap system leak

I got a code p0445 (evap leak) and I looked and found this
How do I begin to fix this? And can I just plug both sides and call it good?

Is that the EVAP coming from motor or the tank vent?

It is right next to the tank

I'm guessing this is the EVAP line going up to the intake so this acts like a intake leak now so yes it needs to be fixed. Plugging them will create problems along with a fuel odor.
