Had the JKU for a little over a month and noticed that the drivers side headlight had a build up of water/condensation in it...:mad::mad:
I removed the housing got the water out and let it sit off the Jeep for about an hour before I re-installed it..:thumb::thumb:
NOW.. 3 days later... its fogging up/condensation build up again!!.:doh::doh:
I am going to up grade to TL LED soon, but until I do I would like to get the water out and keep it out...:doh:
ANY IDEAS? SUGGESTIONS???
It will be a couple weeks before I can get the TL LEDS.....:clap2:

(I joined a club.... The I'm broke, but have a bad-ass JEEP club):rock::rock::rock:

You are getting moisture in so I would recommend running a bead of silicone around the outer perimeter of the headlight. Also check to make sure the bulb is in tight and not cocked to one side.

Might also help to take the housing and try to figure out WHERE the water is entering from (look for pin holes, cracks, imperfections) so you have a good idea of where to place the sealant.
