I think those are quick fist clamps, or something similar.

I think you're right, and just yesterday I saw some 3" quick fist clamps for mounting fire extinguishers.
My ride- 2001 power wheel, 11" plastic tires, upgraded battery, boat sides, custom bumpers, tow hooks, new paint.

I'm not sure- I saw them at a logging supply/auto parts store in town.
