Brake pedal squeek

Anyone know the best way to fix a squeek in the brake pedal? I did a google search and found a few tips, but have not been able to get is stopped yet.

Lithium grease on the grommet in the firewall where the rod goes through to the booster/master cylinder. Mine only squeaks in the cold of winter, been doing it since it was new. Dealer looked at it twice and sprayed lithium grease on the grommet both times. Squeak goes away for about a month or so and then comes back until more grease is applied.
