Transmission Oil/Filter Change

Hey guys.. In a couple days ill be replacing the coolant lines in my jeep and i figured id change the filter and oil. What do you guys prefer to use and how many quarts of oil do i need? I have a 2007 jku automatic.

i would check out these write ups for amount and how to do it properly.

as far as oil goes i would just go with whats in the write up or something else your comfortable with using
