Where did you mount your 2.5 gallon tank?

Looking for some inspiration on where to mount my air tank.

I'm running a 2013 2 door still at stock height for now, have heard of mounting between the rad and engine and bottom of the tub. Want it to be safe.

What year is your Jeep? I have a 2013 and mounted mine between the Mid muffler and the driveshaft but I have already scraped it up a little with some rocks. I am thinking of attaching it to the roll bar in the back next so I don't have to worry about puncturing it. I believe if you have a 2012+ you can't fit it in the engine compartment.

Good call on the river raider kit.

I'm likely going to end up going that route. But I'll have the jeep up on a hoist in a couple weeks to have a good look around for any other options. Might try to fab a skid myself if I find a good spot.

has some nice mounts for mounting the setups in the engine bay. I personally have it mounted where our mufflers sit, i have muffler armor there and it mounts inside the armor both protecting it and givining me an easy out if I need to modify, readd the muffler or decide to go a different route. Ill get some pics tomorrow. Jeepswag aka dominion offroad Brett is a good dude and has some nice mods and mounts and can easily help you in what you are trying to achieve.
