PA Siren Speaker Reviews: Extreme Tactical Dynamics 100W compact VS. STL 100W

I have a 2012 JKU and I want a PA speaker. Ive heard both are pretty good and small. Anyone have them? If so can you give me a review. I know the STL is weatherproof, but is the ETD speaker weatherproof as well? Where did you mount it?
