Upgrading shocks

I don't know if this has already been gone over yet. But I have been looking at replacing my shot rough country shocks that came with my lift with either 5100's or the rancho 9000's. So my question is would upgrading my shocks be with it with such a basic lift. I don't want to spend 300+ to have another set blow again.

What bump stops are you running? Rc is known to blow out fairly quick.

I had the 5100's and they started leaking oil after the first trail ride with em, I haven't seen any complains on the ranchos I would get the 9000's just cause you can choose if you want em firm or soft

I haven't changed anything suspension wise so I would guess the bump stops are the rough country ones.
I do like the idea of the adjustable firmness.
