rebuilding CTM u joints

i'm trying to rebuild my CTM's but cant press them out of the axle shaft. I'm using a 12 ton press and they wont even budge. thinking about applying a little heat and seeing if that will do the trick, any other suggestions?

Just to confirm, you did remove the retaining rings, right? If so, have you tried soaking them in penetrating oil?

yes, removed the retaining rings and let it soak in pb blaster. ill try some wd40 today and maybe just a touch of heat. I am a little hesitant on the press, i could give it a little more, I just dont want to break or bend anything.
