Looks like a pinion seal. The problem is you should replace the crush sleeve when you loosen the pinion nut also.

It's an easy cheap fix if you don't replace the crush sleeve. Who put the after market driveshaft on?

Yea I figured it was the pinion seal. Should I go to the stealership?

I wouldn't. I'm hoping someone else will chime in here about the crush sleeve. I think you can replace the pinion seal without replacing the crush sleeve and be okay if you do it properly but it's recommended to replace the crush sleeve.
