Anyone experiencing "clicking" in their 2013 wrangler 3.6 pentastar?

Chrysler did have an issue with the heads on the 3.6l Pennstar motors. The heads were going bad and would spit a code. WAYOLIFE has a thread in the JK tech section.

There is also a known water pump issue, which also can sound like clicking. My sister in law had the head issue, then the water pump issue a week later. Both covered by Chrysler even though she was out of warranty, so don't be afraid to have the dealer check it out.

I've heard a clicking/knocking noise from my 2012 Wrangler's engine. I started using 89 Octane fuel and the noise went away.
