Rust on Wheels

I have AEV wheels and always have rust on one of the wheels after washing or raining until they dry. Anyone ever encountered this and if so how do you stop it?

The rims are alloy, if Im not mistaken.....so maybe thats brake dust?

X's 2. Now did you buy these later and install them or did you purchase jeep brand new and have it delivered to dealership with them? If wheels were on when purchased new could be rail dust. You can use clay bar to remove then wax afterwards.

I purchased new with wheels on the Jeep already but have about 3,000 miles on it and the issue surfaces each time I wash it. It only happens on the drivers side front wheel. They are calling for rain tomorrow. I'll get a pic and post it. Figured I might as well take the wheel off too and get a pic. More to come...
