HELP!!!!! Tail lights!

So I noticed tonight that my rear lights weren't working. The break lights work but not the lights when I have the headlights on. I checked the fuses for the rear lights and they were both fine. So has this happened to anyone else and what did you do? AND WHAT THE CRAP IS THE PROBLEM!?!?!?!?!?!?!? :thinking:

Both tail filaments blown? It does happen. Start out with the simple stuff.

If you can swap one taillight with a friend to narrow the problem.

Is the number plate light out as well?

Yup, sometimes we tend to over think on stuff.
Rear lights have two filaments one for running and one for brake/turn lights.

It's probably unlikely that all three are blown but I'd check the bulbs first and then start looking for a bad plug connection somewhere.

I looked at the fuses and they were all good, I'll look at the bulbs but I doubt all 3 would go out at the same time...its probably a bad connection somewhere

It's gotta be a bad connection or fuse.
