Fender Flare chop with no lift?

Anyone rocking the stock fender flares but have trimmed them to be slim like in this write up: http://project-jk.com/jeep-jk-write-ups/jeep-jk-wrangler-factory-fender-chop

With also the stock bumper chopped to be stubby?

I currently have an 08 wrangler unlimited black with 295/70/17 and stock bumpers. I want to try to chop both my front bumper and also the fenders but I wanna see some people with with something similar to my current setup to see the appearance

Thanks

There are many writeups with pictures already on this subject, search tab is your best friend. Here is a pic though

I had cut fenders on factory suspension and stock rims and tires for a while. I didn't mind how it looked imo.

That's 33s and no lift just trimmed fenders.[/QUOTE] I've never remembered to take pictures when my rig looks like that, or worse.

You can reuse the fender liners as long as you trim them.
Highly recommend keeping the front liners as they keep mud and water
away from your motor.
I reused mine and found that a soldering iron worked best and made a clean cut.
Plus i had chopped the front bumper ends as they are plastic and the stock bumper
is well garbage. I have since installed a stubby bumper and a winch. And a few other mods.
Have fun that's why you bought a Jeep.
