Rugged ridge cb mount

Im looking at getting the rugged ridge cb mount that attaches to the footman loop, does anyone know if this will interfere with the power rearview mirror?

The radio im installing is 45mm tall if that helps at all. Thanks

I did it this way, a couple of L brackets, Isolated Clamps, 4 Nuts & Bolts
Cost @ $7 from Home Depot. Does not interfere with mirror or roof
Works perfectly, holds radio steady & is out of the way.

Wow thats a really good looking setup im definitely going to give it a go, what size isolated clamps did you need to use?

3/8 I believe, I should have used shorter bolts also but I really don't notice them sitting in the drivers seat

The Forum link has a breakdown with Home Depot part numbers but I just grabbed what I thought would work. The isolated clamps were in the Cable TV section :banghead: After searching the hardware section for 15 minutes

Not sure if you have Home depots there

Thanks ill go through the breakdown on the link you posted tonight,

No home depot over here but It shouldn't be to hard to track the clamps down somewhere.
