Where do you find the American flag grilles

I want to do something like in this picture! I have seen ones that don't have the waving design which I like better. Any idea of where to buy something like this??

I'm pretty sure it's just a vinyl wrap / sticker.

its called water transfer printing, pretty awesome process. there is actually kits you can buy to do it yourself.
