While visiting family in Colorado, I was overwhelmed by all of the on-comers on the gravel roads waving at us as we passed each other. Kinda gave us a down home feeling. It was recommended to me last night to wave back at y'all, so here's a wave from me to you.
I'm new to "Wayalife", but not new to off roading etc... Pops was an off-road racer, we spent lots of time in and at the desert.
Several years ago we traded in our desert toys for a Jeep. I was invited to a TDS event by a co-worker. Thats all it took. We fell in love with the different pace, new scenery and genuineness of the other fellow Jeepers. Since then we have built 2 separate Jeeps and are contemplating our 3rd venture.
Our family vacations are now centered around the motorhome and Jeep, and trail guides, maps and GPS coordinates. Our current Jeep is a 2001 TJ with just under 12k miles (all of which are most off-road). Its been alot of fun. Anyways, not to be too long winded.......Hey Y'all from Johnny Krawl
