Warn m8000 contractor box mounting

I would like to use the supplied mount to mount it over the left side of the winch however I cannot get the Allen head bolts that connect the tierods off. The bolts on the right side come off. What am I missing??

Are the guides just spinning? Maybe tighten up the right side and try again? I'm in Castle Rock too, maybe see you around.

Yep that's the issue

Vice grip on it kept it from turning bolt came right out thanks!!
