I've got a 2010 Rubicon on 35", 4.11 gears, 6 speed manual... would it be better to get a super chip, a Cold Air Intake or regear to 4.88? Looking for a little extra power and maybe a bit of a fuel improvement.

I think you will find the most noticeable difference would come from the gear swap. Keep in mind that you will need a Superchips or procal (some type of programmer) to account for the gear change.
