Front Wheel Hub

I have a 2012 jeep Rubicon 31/2 in lift. I had side to side movement in front tire replaced the Wheel Hub think that would fix the problem. Ball joint are good replace them awhile back with dynatrac ball joints recheck them no movement. When I finished the I check the side to side movement still had the side to side movement passenger side has no movement. My question is what else could it be? Any help would be greatly deprecated. going to easter safari anyone else going.

Is it just the wheel or the whole axle?

Check the track bar torque.

Couldn't it also be a tie rod or u joint?

Doubtful on the u joint because it is the inner axle that is secured by the axle but which is connected through the knuckle. Which brings me to the tie rod which is attached to the inside of the knuckle that pivots left to right.

It feels like its the wheel. I look at the axle joint and it look and felt solid.

to check the hub jack your jeep off the ground and grab the tire at 12 and 6 and give it a shake. the amount of movment maynot be noticable tho. if you have a dial indicator you will be able to see movement in the hub. check out wayalife's unit bearing replacement to get an idea of how to check it and how to replace it as well.
