Tablet GPS for jk

Looking at going to Ouray Colorado in august but my pioneer doesn't have GPS but I was looking at buying a ram mount and some tablet GPS software for android. Anyone have recommendations on a good download for on and off road?

They have a thread but its with an iPad, they may have the same apps for Android.

My two favorite for Android are Everytrail and Backcountry Navigation. Both cost $10
Backcountry allows you to download the maps so you can access it withtout cell reception

I can second Backcountry Navigator. I started using it a couple weeks ago. Works great.

I'm not sure if they have an Android app, but MotionX works awesome!

Not available on Android

Another free app for Android to check out is Oruxmaps. Good for recording tracks

thanks for the input i was looking at the back country app but just wanted to make sure before i spent $11 on the download.. ill look at the others suggested before i do.

Have you tried using Google maps? I think in the search area type "okay maps" then hit search and it makes it available offline.
