Radiator question

So I was looking at an 07 jku today for my mom and I opened the radiator cap to be sure it was running proper coolant, and after the jeep had been sitting for a couple days it still spewed out coolant. So would anyone happen to be able to give any info of why that would be great

It the Orange stuff? Flush the system and get fresh new antifreeze gs5.

Thats not good. Wrong coolant, or mixure of coolants can do some serious damage on a 3.8 engine. Check this threa out.

I have seen that thread that's why I was checking it and it did that so I was kinda worried that may have been the case but it did have the orange coolant in it so I was not sure

The antifreeze issue, revolves around the Pentastar 3.6 engine, 2012 HOAT and the change to OAT in 2013.
This is where some of the mix up is taking place. Some of your Dealers don't even understand which belongs in which. Very sad!:doh:
