8 to 5 lug

I'm thinking of getting a ProRock 60 for the front of my JKU. Dynatrac recommends 8x6.5 because it comes with the strongest items standard that only recommended upgrade is the stubby hub kit. Other upgrades can be added later but it's the strongest platform.

I don't have the money to get both front and rear so I'd be running 8x6.5 in front and 5x5 (jk pattern) in the rear. Anyone know of adapters to go from 8x6.5 to 5x5 or 5x5 to 8x6.5? I've googled and can't really find what I'm looking for.

8x6.5 to 5on5 will be a special order. Most companies will not make them for you unless you call them and special order them. Its a legal issue since 8x6.5 is a 1 ton axle spec lug pattern and an adapter to a non HD wheel and fewer lugs opens them up to lawsuits.

Bora makes the best(IMHO) 2 piece adapters in the industry. http://www.motorsport-tech.com/

OP wants/needs a 5on5 stock rear lug pattern to 8x6.5" wheel lug pattern. That link is for 5x5.5" and will not work....but this one will http://www.ezaccessory.com/Wheel_Adapter_5_Lug_5_To_8_Lug_6_5_p/5500-8650r.htm

BUT I am not sure as to the quality of that company....and I would want a reputable company making my 2 piece adapter.

Thanks. I saw a few of them on Google but the names of the companies aren't something remotely to what I've heard about and I couldn't find 8x6.5 to 5x5. I must not be good at google searching. Thanks again!
