Who's running an optima yellow top AND a winch? If so how's the performance?

Optima batteries suck. They were good 10 years ago.

I agree completely with this statement, back in the day they were awesome, now they completely suck.

I had one in my old jeep and it was awesome. Went "jeepless" for about 6 years and all of a sudden they suck. I can confirm because I just got a motor home with a yellow top and it is crap. Went dead in 3 days!

Yup... I have gone through 3 or 4 yellows and at least 3 reds in different vehicles in the last 10 years or so...switched to an odyssey and haven't had a single problem with them (other than they seem to cost a little more and are harder to find)
