Which alternator do you have?

Hey guys,

I'm going to replace my whining alternator real soon. I was looking at the Mean Green Alternator. What are you using?
I have a few accessories, Odyssey battery, and a Warn M8000-S.

Still just running a factory alternator even on Moby which is running an LS.

you can get a stock 160amp alternator.
my brother-in-law has the mean green on his Ford diesel and tells me it made a difference on how long his batteries last.

Hey thx! I will save my money and stick to a stock alternator.

I'll be doing the dual battery setup. Is it pointless to upgrade the alternator on top of that? :thinking:
