Cb inject noise in aftermarket radio?

Hi there, I own a 07 JK, I have a uniden cb and recently I put a Pioneer DVD radio. Since when I activate the mic I got loud noise through Jeep speakers.
How could I resolve this issue?

how do you have your coax cable routed. more than likely, it's too close to your head unit.

Ground issue? Did any wiring change?

I had to ad a conversion module from analog to data to work whit the mopar amp.

Can make sens, I hooked my sub's ground to the same ground wire going to my antena.
