It's been done.
I believe there is a member here who did it. I want to say it was very minimal cutting and relocating the vacuum pump. Not sure if he used an off the shelf winch mount or made one.

If I ever get a chance to do anything to my Jeep. This is one of the mods I will be doing.

Honestly mine didn't fit into my EVO 1/4 pounder without some "finesse." So expect some modifications.

I have the newer 1/4 pounder and I just dropped in my Powerplant. Not difficult at all compared to the stories I've heard with older bumper. It's a tight fit but no cutting or grinding required now

Good to know, I had to trim my bumper, it's an older one.
