First routine maintenance 2014 jku sport

Hello fellow Jeepers!
I'm planning on doing some routine maintenance tommorow morning prior to a Vegas trip. My dash oil life is at about 9%, air filter needs changing, and I want to rotate tires.
Questions;
What oil brand/ numbers do you guys recommend?
How do I do a tire rotation with my spare?
Any tips, or other maintenance I should do?

My jku:
Teraflex leveling kit
Spydertrax wheel spacers 1.5in.
Goodyear duratracs
