Diff fluid for a pro rock 44

My front pro rock 44 with an arb air locker is on its way from northridge and I was wondering what weight oil I should use and how much does the dynatrac houseing hold.

I run Lucas 75w90 oil and the PR44 takes about 1.5qts.

Thanks do you think I should run synthetic because of the locker

I've always used dyno 80/90 with the limited slip adaptive premix. No issues after 108000 miles.

I personally run synthetic.

The PR44 has a little Alan plug below the fill hole. Take that out when you get ready to add oil. I fill it up until it starts to come out of the small Alan plug hole, then I let it drain until it stops. It doesn't take much to over fill the housing causing oil to come out of the breather. ARB recommends that you don't use gear oils with limited slip additives. They say it decreases the life of the O-Ring. I use Lucas 80W90
