Transmission Fluid

Have a 2011 JK w/ automatic transmission,3'' lift, 3.73 rear, and 35'' mud tires. Bought it used and got royally pissed when I found out the transmission fluid was burnt to hell. Got it flushed (there was no metal or debris in it) and 3k miles later it is just as black. Was told that it may be because of tires or just normal. I have no shifting issues. I doubt computer was adjusted for larger tires though.

Does anybody have insight on this?

Thx!

Not That Kind of Engineer
I was looking at one a few days ago and think that I may put that on top of list now if it would help.

By top of list I mean today.
