dana 30 inner axle upgrades

i've been researching how to beef up my dana 30 without lots of money. So far i've came across a few options of adding inner axle sleeves but they come in two types. the ones you weld and the ones you hammer in. So my question is does anyone have any options on if there is a difference or which one is "better" (put in quotes since it is subjective). I have no welding experience nor do i have access to a welder so i was thinking of the hammer ones.

thanks

Here is beefing up with sleeves. The bigger problem is your ring and pinon. No way to beef up your actual weakness of a d30. Save your money.

My humble opinion is to not waste your money on beefing up your D30. Save your money and run it until it breaks then upgrade with the money saved. This is what I am doing.

Northridge 10% off.... I might be getting a PR 44... Or at least doing gears and a rear locker, I would start there if you are waiting on going D44
