Trail damage/CA mount

Hey guys what brand do you recommend for new lower control arm mounts? Or do you think this is salvageable?

Got my self in a nasty nasty hole in a river/canal and 4lo'd myself out after much persistence. On final hoorah I hear it and I thought it was an axle shaft but thankfully it was just this.

I think currie makes a set, I'm not sure on the frame side

ya that thing is toast lol they are all pretty much the same these ones look nice and have a nice price.

Cool thanks guys. I should replace both right? Or only the damaged side? I'm thinking both just so there equal.
