We're talking MEAT.

It's Memorial Day weekend. I'm firing up the Traeger this weekend for a 4# brisket, maybe some ribs. Who's with me? What do you have churning and burning? What is your smoking setup? Let's see some meat!

I was thinking the same, a brisket in the Traeger!

Smoking brisket but 250 lbs at work. :crazyeyes: And it'll smoke itself and b ready when I arrive in the morning.

I'll be doing some dry rub ribs. I'm trying a new rub this time.

Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Chili powder
Cheyanne pepper
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Cocoa powder

Still deciding if i want to start with honey or mustard tho....

I usually make a honey mustard... So both!

Heres our tri tip from a couple weeks ago. I go with strait montreal seasoning well spanked on the day before and currently running hickory pellets.

Still undecided for this weekend on mine but tomorrow heading over to help a buddy break in his new Texas elite.
Heres a couple pies we did on Easter.
