Alaskan Sahara advice

Hey guys,
I have a 2012 Sahara JKU auto and its bone stock. I live in Fairbanks, Alaska so no rock crawling just trails and swamp/muskeg. It is my daily driver so I need something reliable since I drive about 60 miles round trip daily on my work weeks. I would like to run 37s and upgrade to a 44 in the front eventually but that isn't in the cards at the moment. I am a fan of LCG builds and big tires but don't know how my 30 would like 37s so I may stick to 35s. I am looking for build advice since I only want to do this once and am a mechanic for a living so tools and knowledge isn't an issue. Any input is appreciated.

image.jpg Thanks. Any ideas for a reasonable lift that won't break the bank? Kings and all that goodness doesn't matter here at -45 nothing rides good and everything leaks after a winter or two haha

Added a pic of my Jeep. I don't know why it is upside down
