Bumper refund help

So I ordered a bumper on eBay (bestop 4x4) and when it arrived it was all scratched up an some of the powder coat was chipped off. The company agreed to give me some sort of refund but they want to know what I think is fair. What would you guys say is a fair price? $50, $75, $100, more?

Well it's already on the jeep and in sure it'll get scratched up a lot more in the months an years to come. So it has to be a monetary value.

It would be about $100.00-125.00 around here to have it repowdercoated....I'd start there to be honest....
