I had 285x70x17s on my 08 and ran 1.5in Spydertrax wheel spacers and no lift. It rubbed when it flexed so I was looking at getting a leveling kit at least put ended up trading it in on my 14. I believe it rubbed on the fender flares but never really looked, so if thats the case you could trim the flares instead of lifting it.
