Thinking about purchasing the Metalcloak adjustable control arms, what are the maintenance issues and your experience with these bushings

Maintenance? I thought they were supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread, made out of kryptonite and will even make you a sandwich if you ask nicely

Apparently they limit flex and don't allow too much droop.
