Yea it probably would, it's a procharger it's for 2007 and up. It comes with all the electrics and programming that is set up for oversized injectors and the correct air fuel mixture ( your motor will reject it it with the stock fuel program) it took me a bit to get it figured out and the correct blue print for the 6.0 gear and 40" tires. Once you figure out your blue print for fuel mapping verses size gear your running it is quite an impressive set up, I have been very happy with it. I paid 4800.00 plus tax new I would take 2800.00 that's pretty cheap for that much horsepower increase!
