Is this a bumpstop extension?

I've had this lift for so long I forgot what it looked like stock. Is there a bumpstop extension on here? I'm guessing it's that block on the bottom? I'm going back to stock so I wanna make sure the bumpstop are where they should be.

Yes that is a bump stop. Looks like 2.5-3"

On the bottom correct? Looks like a bolt going through the top. I'd have to remove that to go back to stock right?

You should have bump stops in the rear as well. Don't forget those.
