Would like to go on this trip. This will be my first time. Some members recommended a night run due to the heat. Anyone interested? Thoughts?

Can't make it on the 8th or the weekend of the 15th but I can any other weekend during the month of August. I was just reminded of some bday party I have to go to :sigh:

That's a fun run. I have done it a few times. It can get hot but in the middle there is a nice shaded place to have some lunch. With the recent rain there might still be some water in the creek there as well. I would love to run it with you guys but I will be out of town. I will be in the Hi country of CO where it is cool. :bleh:
