Adjustable control arm lengths

Can anyone out there tell me the length of adjustable control arms, for a JKU with 4.5 inch lift, so I can get 8 degrees of castor in the front and so I can get the castor in the rear as close to factory as possible, I know there are a lot of variables such as bumper, winches and load that is carried, but what I am after is a starting point.
