Moab Day Use Permits

Day use permits will soon be needed for 2 of the most scenic trails in the Moab area. Elephant Hill and White Rim roads. No more large groups allowed on the trail. 3 vehicles max per group. 50 vehicles max per day. :grayno:

By the time I can get there, it will be closed to all human exploration. I really despise NPS. They are great at overreaction. I'd tell the stories, but not on a public forum. (They do surf forums for NPS bashing) I'm for being a good steward of our natural environment, but that also goes to personal responsibility, morals, values...anyway, this sucks.
