what are these wires and how urgently do i need to have them fixed- and how?

I believe these wires were gnawed on by some rodent.

What are they attached to, how urgent is it to fix and how should I fix them?

this is from the passenger side towards the back(away from headlights)

doesn't look like it's chewed too far through, use some liquid electrical tape to cover the bare wires

and put out some rat/mouse poison :icon_crazy:
