Is it necessary to remove the front axle In order to install the EVO dana 44 truss?

For the amount of prep and welding, I think it would be easier to just pull the axle. Do you need need to drive it during the install?

Yeah it is way easier to do witth the axle off. I don't know how you'd get down there and underneath to weld it on otherwise. We installed one about a month or so ago.

I already installed the truss. Along with synergy ball joints, ruff stuff tie rod, synergy drag link. I left the axle installed aswell.

If you already installed it then why did you ask if you needed to remove it? :thinking:
