Control Arm Armor - Weld or Bolt

The pro of bolt on skids is that they can be removed and make it easier for you to remove your control arms as needed for adjustment or the rebuilding of bushings. The pro of weld on is that they will reinforce your mounts and make them stronger. The cons should be pretty obvious based on the pros of each.

I started with bolt on for winter wheeling (welding and painting wasnt possible at the time). They worked but squeaked like a mother.... as soon as it was warm enough to paint I ditched them for weld ons.

Never thought of that but makes sense.

I just welded some on the front. Way easier than welding the c-gussets! I have rears too, but ran out of time/patience in the heat on my day off. The rears look a little more involved than the front in the EVO directions.
