Door dolly write up?

Does anyone have a link for directions on building a door dolly holder? I've saw it a while back but can't seem to find it. Looking to build something like this

my buddy made a couple of those, pretty simple to make.
he bought the dolly's from harbor freight for $12 each and then used 2x4 for the supports and foam noodles for the padding and hanging hooks for the door tops, they work great and cheap to make
