Looking for fog light alternatives for my bumper

Anyone familiar with this bumper and what fog lights would be a good upgrade (LED preferably)? I have cleaned the factory lenses to the point where they are starting to crack and I would like to find something better to replace them with. I have no idea on the bumper manufacturer, it came with the vehicle when I bought it.

Also, any guidance on how to remove this bumper to get to those lights for removal and installation is also appreciated.

It looks like those are the stock lights. If that's the case Baja Designs makes an amazing set of squadron sport/pro lights that attach the same exact way the factory fog lights attach. You can keep the factory on of switch too. Can't help with the other questions.

Trucklite makes some good LED fog lights, and they're a good match for their headlights by the look of it (if you were considering upgrading those too). Here's a video review on them I saw a few weeks ago:

JW Speaker also make fog lights that are the same size (they're another option that's compared to the Trucklites in that video). They also makes matching headlights too.

The big thing I don't like about the JW Speaker is they are obnoxiously too bright and too wide. For lights you should really only be using when you're forced to slow down due to fog, smoke, a blizzard, etc obscuring your vision, they just don't seem designed to do the right job. The Trucklites just seem like a more effective replacement of the stock fog lights, and they're less expensive too.

I always use my fog lights, so being too bright really isn't a concern of mine. I just installed the JWS fog lights last night and yes they're very bright. Only reason I bought them was to compliment the JWS headlights. We've been dealing with horrible fog in the mornings around here (Lake Erie/Detroit River). I could barely see past my hood the fog was so dense this morning, and they performed beautifully on my way into work at 5am. Just like suspension ride quality, lighting is also subjective. I'm happy with the purchase, though!

Before these I had Rigid D2 driving lights installed and went back to stock. This is what happened when using the Rigids LOL! I was alone on a back road, officer was hidden. Anyway, it won me 2 points and a $135 fine.

It looks like a Rugged Ridge bumper.

If it is, Quadratec has install instructions on their page in PDF format.

Also, they offer plug and play LED fog light replacements that are the same size as factory (which this bumper uses).

WTF!? Are you kidding me? I would contest that ticket! Improper lights but no mention of a specific code # violation?

For 179 bucks, I might just install some LEDs on the bottom of the bumper and call it a day for less than $50. Thanks for the info!

Oh I did. It pretty much came down to whether or not I was running non DOT lights on the street...which I was. Paid the fine and will only run DOT fog lights now lol

As much as that sucks at least cops are doing something about it. Here, assholes are driving with full 50 inch bars, 4 sets of duallys, etc, etc like they the only ones on the road. Unreal that people are truly THAT stupid.

OP, I put JW speaker fogs in and they are great. They look nice with my Truck Lites. I rarely use fogs since too much light too close to the front actually decreases the ability to see further out but when I do use them (rain and fog) they are outstanding.

FWIW, the JW Speaker fogs are DOT compliant according to their website. I just bough a pair this weekend. Be a couple weeks before I can install since Jeep is in the shop.
Nice feature I noticed was they have an vertical adjustment screw so if you are lifted you can aim them.

The J series fog lights have anti-flicker deals right on the circuit boards for the '14-newer Jeeps. No extra harness needed.
