I recently installed some LED fog lights to go with my Trucklites however every time I turn them on my radio goes from clear as day to static, instantly. Has anyone had/heard of this issue? or know how to resolve the issue?
I've heard of similar issues, but not this exact application. Usually means a loose connection somewhere, even possibly the antenna. Make sure radio and new led lights are very tight, no loose connections. Also check that radio has proper ground.
Alight when I get a chance I'll mess around with the grounds. The led's are hooked up to the factory wiring which is why I thought it was odd but we'll see what happens, i'll also check out the TIPM and see if the issue stems there or not
